These RSS readers, although written in Flash, are easily configured using an external configuration XML file. The configuration file is editable using any good text editor, like Textpad (http://www.textpad.com). Change properties like font style, color, and font quickly, without requiring recompilation of the Flash SWF file.
All of these Flash RSS readers include a DTD file to help validate your XML syntax, using software like XMLSpy.
100% of the Flash 2004 Professional source code is included, including all .fla files, all .as (Actionscript) files, and even the original .psd design file, although that file is not actually used by the applet.
The RSS URL can be set in the index.html file. Please note that RSS feeds MUST be 2.0 compliant feeds, and you must set this URL in two locations in the index.html file for it to be correctly passed to the SWF.
