It's a XML News Reader Flash Component. It is dynamic, XML driven, you can add an unlimited amount of news, graphics can be easily modified by editing the library symbols. Created using Actionscript 2.0. Can be opened in Flash 8 and Flash CS3.
It can be easily customized by modifying certain variables.
