NBDesign's On-Line Cookbook ASP Pro v4.80 is the perfect addition to any site or run as a stand alone cooking site. We have made a very easy set up editing only two files and uploading to the server to have a working cookbook. We have created an HTML template for each page for easy customizing, making our script easy to change the design to match your existing site.
A more advanced administrative panel for easy editing of recipes, categories, and so on. We have deleted the sub-categories as we found them unnecessary, as did some of our customers. The ability for the admin to be notified upon registration and the addition of new recipes.
We have added a bit of nutritional information to the recipes. The ability to print our a shopping list and a printer friendly recipe. The ability to send the recipe link to a friend. Because of some features with this version of our script, registration is required for some areas such as adding a recipe or comments. Registration is not necessary for viewing recipes of mailing recipes to friends.
We have added a drop down category list on the recipe list page for easy navigation to other categories. A fantastic advanced search allowing a combination or individual search by recipe name, chef name, occasion, cuisine, effort, category, ingredients, or how to prepare.
A personal recipe box for members to keep track of their favorites. Counts the number of times a recipe has been viewed. Recipe rating and comments.
